Cruel, Deceiving and "Elected" Dictators of Today

Some countries are trapped with leaders who wear a democratic mask to the world but have become truly megalomaniac dictators.

These sometimes “elected dictators” have gotten so much power (control over electoral institutions, national assemblies, supreme courts, media outlets, public services and the like) that it has become impossible to depose them.

Political and economic impotence is the common feeling...

Evil Dictators of the 20th Century

Joseph Stalin,  Adolf Hitler, Fidel Castro, Pol Pot and  Kim Il not only were  cruel, but also convinced many people that they were doing the best for their countries.  They destroyed whole economies and societies. Still,  many adored them, or did they? So, I believe these 5 were  the most evil ones of the 20th Century.
